Vision of Re:use Initiatives:

1. Reduce organic waste by creating community-based composting programs.
2. Develop infrastructure to recycle materials locally, to be used by local manufacturers.
3. Incentivize recycling by taxing garbage and landfill usage.
4. Capture methane gas from landfills for alternative energy source.
